Take a minute to consider
Before you do our short questionnaire, you need to think about the actual quantities and strength of the alcohol you are consuming. When you think about a ‘glass’ as a measurement it’s important to be aware that a standard glass of wine is 2.3 units whereas a large glass is 3.3 units. When you are pouring drinks for yourself or a friend do you usually measure the amount? ( most people don’t). The strength of different drinks can also make a huge difference to the number of units you consume, for instance, a can of beer may be 1.7 units but a can of some strong ciders can be 3.8 units.
