Activities

Regular physical activity is known to provide a greater sense of wellbeing and lowers rates of depression/anxiety which can trigger relapse. Last year 73% of our ARC users stated ARC activities improved their wellbeing. We run a timetable of activities at least 5-days per week, all identified through consultation with ARC users.
