FT 37 Hours

SCP 26-28    £22,221

SASS is a registered charity (number 1087215) with a good track record of enabling people to change their lives through a range of specialist alcohol, drug and family centered services.

We have been given the opportunity to run a nine month pilot project, with an immediate start, working intensively with both parents and their children within their home settings.

As such an exciting opportunity has arisen for a well motivated, innovative and creative person to work with families who are experiencing violent behaviour towards them from their children.

The successful applicant will be part of the Families Together Team within SASS.

We are looking for an individual to carry out comprehensive assessments and collaboratively work with families, as well as relevant professionals, to agree and monitor care plans. You will hold an appropriate formal qualification (e.g. Counselling qualification, CQSW/DipSW) and have at least two years experience of working with young people in a similar position of support.

For further information, please telephone 0114 2506964 and ask to speak to either Dee Hammerson (Families Together Manager) or Teresa Clayton (Senior Worker)

Closing date for applications will be Friday 1st June 2012 at 9am

Applications packs are available to download here.
